Yoga classes

12:00-12:45 Yoga for Chronic Pain with AndreaEmpower yourself through the use of yoga techniques designed to wind down your nervous system and promote positive, lasting changes in your body.  These practical yogic tools will help to foster and improve ease of movement through breath, meditation and gentle movements.

1:00-1:45 Chair yoga with DonnaChair yoga movements are done with a chair, either seated or standing next to it, or holding onto a wall.  This gentle class will emphasize healthy feet, agility and balance to help your body and mind to live and age well in this simple and enjoyable class.  Breathing practices, and relaxation techniques will also be learned.  No prior yoga or exercise experience required.

2:00-2:45 Yoga and Massage with Kirsten and TarynnI’m so excited to share with you this hour of deep relaxation😌 Restorative yoga is when the poses are held longer but with the use of bolsters and yoga blocks, to allows the body to fully let go of any stress and tension. Tarynn will allow for deeper relaxation by adding massage during each posture. You’ll leave this class feeling completely relaxed.

12:00-12:30 Myofascia, our soft skeleton and massage with Nora and Michelle (at 1:00 & 2:00 too!): Join our Orthopedic massage specialist, Nora and Michelle to learn about what fascia is and the effect it has on your body and movement and conditions within the body.  They will provide a visual demonstration of how restrictions can happen in the fascia and how this affects your body.  Come with questions for these ladies!

1:00-1:45 Chronic Pain Education with Vickie and Dr. Ivars Argals: Persistent pain’s cost the economy is enormous in terms of healthcare costs and lost productivity. There is also significant personal cost in terms of physical disability, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance and poor quality of life. 20% of the Canadian population has chronic pain.


In this seminar you will learn evidence based, usable knowledge that will give you insight to your chronic pain. Armed with new understanding of your pain; you can change what you do, think and say about your persistent pain.


This seminar will be informative for not only you but your family and friends as well.

2:00-2:45 Acupuncture for Sleep Disorders with Nicole:

FREE!! Release stress and tension with Chair Massage with Laurel

FREE!! 30 min Tibetan foot soaks to help with inflammation and neuropathy with Kirsten, Nicole, Becca: 

are used as a way to take in herbals. The foot soaks help with inflammation, nerve pain and get your blood moving. During this treatment you will sit comfortably with your feet soaking in warm water for 30 mins. The herbal tea bag floats in the foot bath, allowing the skin to take in the herbs. You will feel relaxed and warm, as you sit one of our skilled acupuncturists will place a few acupuncture needles to help stimulate the body's healing process.
