Hi, I’m Jaime. I’m a Personal Trainer and owner at Exist Fitness Inc. in Sherwood Park.  Having worked in the fitness industry for the past 15 years I recognized a need of massage therapy for my current personal training clientele.  So heading back to school to become a RMT has been exciting knowing I have greater knowledge and understanding of how bodies move and what clients need to help recover during their fitness journey, as well as share the many benefits of massage therapy with new clients.

I have 2 kids ages 21 & 18. I enjoy running, cycling, paddle boarding, kayaking, triathlon, skiing, snowshoeing … quite honestly, anything outdoors that lets me move!!

I look forward to working with you at Refresh Wellness in Leduc!!
My student rate for massage is $55 for a 60 mins massage.
