Service Description

Physiokinetix is a functional approach to movement that improves the mobility and stability of the joints, mobility in the trunk/ribs and improving core strength. Working on the floor, we explore techniques with numerous neurological strength modifiers and graded exposure movements that help restore strength, alignment and decrease pain through proper cross patterning. This class is appropriate for all ages and skill levels. This is a 30 minute class.
